The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) itself is the same in each (every) version. The differences between the Organization and Education versions of the IDI are in the price, and in the Profile Reports: the example given on p. 10 and the demographic question regarding one’s position are tailored for individuals in organizations or in educational settings, respectively. QAs should purchase the version of the IDI that best represents the respondents who will be completing it.
