Individuals who complete the IDI and receive their individual results in a one-on-one Individual Debrief with an IDI Qualified Administrator (QA) will also receive an Intercultural Development Plan (IDP). The IDP includes developmentally appropriate activities to support intercultural competence development.
QAs may choose to incorporate additional resources/curriculum if they wish.
Please note that there is not an Intercultural Development Plan for groups. QAs may wish to assist groups in action planning based on their IDI results, and/or follow a Group Debrief with Individual Debriefs where each respondent would receive their Individual Profile Report and IDP.
