Individuals who complete the IDI and receive their individual results in a one-on-one Individual Debrief with an IDI Qualified Administrator (QA) will also receive an Intercultural Development Plan (IDP). The IDP includes developmentally appropriate activities to support intercultural competence development.
QAs may choose to incorporate additional resources/curriculum if they wish.
Please note that there is not an Intercultural Development Plan for groups. QAs may wish to assist groups in action planning based on their IDI results. While Group Debriefs provide valuable information that groups/teams can use to inform their goals, development is most effective at the individual level, where each group member also receives their Individual Profile Report and IDP in an Individual Debrief.
