Adding QA Licensure to LinkedIn

This articles details instructions on how to add IDI Qualified Administrator Licensure to a personal LinkedIn page.

 

Adding a License/Certification to LinkedIn

  1. Open your LinkedIn profile.
    • Click “Me” to open the dropdown, then click View Profile.
  2. Click Add profile section.
  3. Under “Background” click Licenses & Certifications.
  4. Complete the form to add this license to your profile.
    • The easiest way to enter this information is listed below:
      • Name: IDI Qualified Administrator
      • Issuing Organization: IDI, LLC
      • You can check the checkbox for “This credential does not expire”
      • Issue Date: Enter your QS date (Month and Year)
      • Credential URL: http://idiinventory.com/
  5. Click Save.
    • Your IDI QA Licensure will now appear on your LinkedIn profile.

  • Why should I add this to my Certifications?
    • This will ensure that your license as an IDI QA is displayed on your LinkedIn profile
      for anyone that may be looking into your credentials or for individuals that may be
      using that platform to find QAs.
  • Can’t I just add IDI, LLC to my Experience section?
    • You will want to avoid this as we keep that section on our company page for our
      current employees and IDI QS trainers. If we should find that someone is added
      there by mistake, we will reach out to clear up the situation.
