In order to access an IDI administrator account, you will need the account's username and password. You can reset your IDI account password using the steps below.
Note: IDI Login Codes to access the IDI online at idi5.idiassessment.com cannot be reset or changed. If you have been asked to complete the IDI and you believe your login information isn't working properly, please contact the IDI Qualified Administrator who provided you with the login information.
Password Reset for Accessing IDI Administrator account:
- Visit https://www.idiassessment.com/Account/Login
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with the account
- Enter your QA username (####-[name]) (if you are unsure of your QA username, go to https://www.idiassessment.com/Account/ForgotUsername)
- Your email address is not your username and will not be accepted in that field.

- Click Reset My Password
- Locate the email containing a link to reset password
- The email will be sent from idiadmin@idiassessment.com
- The email will be sent from idiadmin@idiassessment.com
- Click the link (within the email)
- Create a new password
- The password must be 12 characters long, use at least one special character, at least one capital letter, and at least one number.

- Log into your QA account with the username (####-[name]) and password (***********) associated with the account
