Viewing & Searching for IDI Login Codes

This article is intended for licensed IDI Qualified Administrators. If you are not a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator and are interested in being licensed to use the Intercultural Development Inventory, visit this article: Should I become an IDI Qualified Administrator (QA)?

IDI Login Codes that are ordered for respondents can be viewed and managed within IDI QA accounts and Enterprise Accounts.

Viewing IDI Login Codes:

  1. On the dashboard of the account page, click View Login Codes
    • Alternatively, you can access the page by clicking Respondents in the site navigation (left side) and selecting Login Codes
  2. Once you open that page, all IDI Login Codes that are in the account are displayed
    • This is where the status of the login code(s) can be viewed (I= Inactive, highlighted in GRAY; A=Active, highlighted in BLUE).
    • If the login code is highlighted in blue, and the STARTED and SUBMITTED columns are both marked NO, then the respondent has not accessed the IDI Assessment.
    • If the login code is highlighted in blue, and the STARTED column is marked YES and the SUBMITTED column is marked NO, then the respondent has accessed the Assessment, but did not complete/submit the Assessment (if this is the case, simply have the respondent log back in with their assigned username and password, respond to all of the required questions, and then click Submit).
    • If the login code is highlighted in gray, then the Assessment has been SUBMITTED and is ready for report generation.
