View & Edit Account Information

This article is intended for licensed IDI Qualified Administrators. If you are not a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator and are interested in being licensed to use the Intercultural Development Inventory, visit this article: Should I become an IDI Qualified Administrator (QA)?

 

Each IDI account has a My Account page that can be updated to include the most up-to-date information. For personal QA accounts, this page is used for storing contact information and license agreements for that individual. For Enterprise Accounts, the Primary QA can ensure that the account's information is also kept up-to-date.

 

View & Edit Account Information

  1. In the upper-right hand corner of the account page, click the Account name (####-[name])
  2. In the drop-down, click My Account

  3. Under the General, Mailing Address, and Billing Address tabs, as well as the License Agreement, make the necessary changes

  4. In the upper-left hand corner, click Update to save the changes
