Deleting IDI Login Codes

As a QA, you are able to delete respondent's IDI Login Codes from the IDI database. Deleting an IDI Login Code means that the username/password, along with any attached data (respondent name, email address, and IDI Assessment data) is fully and permanently deleted from the IDI, LLC system. As such, the data cannot be retrieved or re-instated in any way.

If a respondent submits a request to IDI, LLC that they wish for their data to be deleted, we will alert you (the QA) and complete the respondent's request within two (2) business days.

Delete an IDI Login Code

1. On the Dashboard of the account, click View Login Codes
   
   
   
2. Search for the username(s) (####-[name]) to be deleted
   
   
   
3. Select the username(s) (####-[name]) to be deleted (***The usernames may be ACTIVE/INACTIVE***)
   
   
   
4. At the far left-hand side of page, click the ID number of the username to be deleted (***Login Codes can only by deleted one at a time***)
   
   
5. In the upper left-hand corner of the dialogue box, click Delete (red trashcan icon)
   
   
   
6. The following message will appear Are you sure you want to delete this login code?
   
   
   
7. Click Yes to proceed; click No to return to the Login Codes screen
   • If Yes, the following message will appear Login Code [####-name]. Delete? You have requested to delete the above login code. Deleting this login code means that any data associated with the logo will be deleted from the IDI, LLC Databases and servers permanently. This data cannot be recovered after deletion. DO NOT DELETE THE LOGIN CODE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT YOU WANT TO DELETE THIS DATA.
     
     
     
8. Click Cancel to return to the Login Code page; click Delete to continue with the deletion
   
   
9. Once the deletion has occurred, return to the Login Code page to verify the login code has been deleted
