Can an IDI Qualified Administrator (QA) administer the IDI to Friends and Family?

Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrators (QAs) are permitted to purchase IDI Login Codes to administer to family or friends, provided that they follow the QA licensing protocols and act in the same professional manner as they would with any IDI respondent (e.g. the QA should not interfere with or give input on the individual's responses to the assessment; the respondent must be introduced to the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC) after they complete the IDI and before receiving their results; IDI Individual Profile Reports & Intercultural Development Plans (IDPs) cannot be provided without completing a one-on-one Individual Debrief).
