It is not advisable to share your Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Developmental Orientation (DO) on your resumé. While it is your own choice with whom you share your IDI results, not everyone is familiar with the IDI and may misunderstand what an orientation means (or does not mean).
Ask yourself what the purpose of sharing your DO on your resumé is? Is it to display your experiences and intentionality around bridging cultural difference? Are there other experiences, development opportunities, etc. that you can share instead? Through sharing these experiences and reflections you can display your commitment to intercultural competence development regardless of your Developmental Orientation.
