This article discusses features or changes that are in place for the new IDI Platform, launched on February 17, 2025.
1. Enter the Email Address and Password, then click Log In.
2. After checking the email, enter the Verification Code and click Submit.
3. On the Assessments page, click Order Assessments.
4. On the Order Assessment page, enter the following:
a. The Order Description (ex. IDI Assessment for Acme HR Dept).
b. Select the appropriate Type of IDI (e.g. Standard).
c. Select ON or OFF to include or exclude Demographic Questions.
5. If Respondent emails are available, select I Have All Respondent emails.
6. Include Message To Respondents (contact information, Assessment completion deadline, etc).
7. Select Schedule Assessment Emails.
8. Select preferred Date, Time, and Time Zone to send assessment emails; click Next.
9. Add or Upload respondent emails, then click Next.
10. Select Use a New Payment Method; click Pay with Credit/Debit Card.
11. Enter the credit/debit card information, then click Pay.
12. Click Back to Assessments.
13. To review Assessment information and other available functions, click Actions (far right) and the Assessment ID (far left).
14. Click Logout to end the session.
