1. Enter the Email Address and Password, then click Log In.
2. Click Start Assessment.
3. Review the Assessment guidance. To begin the Assessment, click Next.
4. Complete all 50 questions and demographic questions (if available). To submit the Assessment, click Next.
5. On the Assessment completion confirmation page, click Back to Assessments.
6. On the Assessments page, click View/Download Report. You will only be able to view your IDI Profile Report if the QA has enabled it.
7. Review the Assessment results and download the IDP; click Back to Assessments.
8. To exit from the Individual Profile Report page, click YES.
9. Review the information on the Assessments dashboard.
10. Click Logout to end the session.
