This article discusses features or changes that are in place for the new IDI Platform, launched on February 17, 2025.
1. Enter the Email Address and Password, then click Log In.
2. On the Assessments page, click "Order Assessments".
3. On the Order Assessment page, enter the following:
- The Order Description (ex. IDI Assessment for Acme HR Dept).
- Select the appropriate Type of IDI (e.g. Standard).
- Select ON or OFF to include or exclude Demographic Questions.
- Select Respondent Emails option
- Optional: Message to Respondent (Include any relevant details about your IDI project such as date the IDI should be completed by, confidentiality policy, background info on the IDI, next steps, etc.)
- Select Email Delivery
- Click, Next (Located in the upper right corner)
4. Enter in the number of Assessments you wish to purchase.
5. Enter the credit/debit card information, then click Pay.
6. Click Back to Assessments.
