Organizational Accounts are associated with an organization or department rather than just an individual QA, and allow for multiple QAs to access the data in the account. An Organizational Account may be created at no charge by any actively licensed IDI Qualified Administrator (QA).
Within the Organizational Account, there are different roles based on what each organization needs:
- Account Owner (must be a QA)
- Full control over the account
- Edit account details, including Billing information
- Add and remove Account Members
- Manage the role of users
- Change user permissions
- Full control over IDI Assessments and IDI data, including ability to delete IDI Assessment
- Account Admin (must be a QA)
- Edit account details
- Add and remove Account Members
- Manage the role of users (excluding Account Owner)
- Change user permissions
- Full control over IDI Assessments and IDI data, including ability to delete IDI Assessment
- QA Member (must be a QA)
- May have the following permissions (these are assigned by the Account Owner/Admin)
- Order Assessments
- Manage Assessments
- Delete Assessments
- View IDI results
- Generate IDI Reports
- Create and manage Report Groups
- May have the following permissions (these are assigned by the Account Owner/Admin)
- Non-QA Member (maximum of three per Organizational Account)
- May have the following permissions (these are assigned by the Account Owner/Admin)
- Order Assessments
- Manage Assessments
- May have the following permissions (these are assigned by the Account Owner/Admin)
Non-QA Members can be added to Organizational Accounts to assist with managing IDI assessments. They can:
- Order IDI Assessments
- Send/assign IDI Assessments
- Send reminders to respondents to complete Assessments
- See the status of and delete Assessments
- Enable Individual Profile Reports in conjunction with scheduled IDI Individual Debriefs with a QA
- Create Report Groups
- Add/delete Assessments from Report Groups
- Order IDI Individual Profile Reviews (available for purchase with Student IDI Assessments only)
- View progress of purchased IDI Individual Profile Reviews
Non-QA Users cannot view IDI data or Profile Reports. In accordance with the IDI License Agreement, only IDI Qualified Administrators who have completed the IDI Qualifying Seminar may engage with IDI data.
Organizational Account Management
- Organizational Accounts should be created by the Qualified Administrator that intends to be the Account Owner. The QA Account Owner is responsible for managing access for QA and Non-QA Members and making any changes to the account.
- If the Account Owner leaves the organization, they must transfer the role to another QA in the Organizational Account, or add a QA they wish to transfer the role to.
